Pickup & Drop-off Policy

Free hotel pickup and drop-off are available from all central hotels and resorts in Hurghada. Please be ready at your hotel lobby 10 minutes prior to the scheduled pickup time. Additional transfer fees may apply for locations outside Hurghada city limits.

Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the tour date for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour start time or no-shows are non-refundable.
