Important Information & Cruise Policies

Pickup & Drop-off

Free pickup is available from any location in Luxor. An Etro Tours representative will meet you holding a signboard with your name.
Drop-off is available at any preferred location in Aswan at the conclusion of your cruise.

Children Policy

Infants under 0-5.99 years old stay free of charge sharing parents' cabin. Children from 6 to 11.99 years old are charged 50% of the adult rate sharing parents' cabin. Children 12 years and older are considered adults.

Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation up to 14 days before the trip start date. Cancellations made between 7 to 13 days incur a 50% charge. Cancellations within 7 days of departure or no-shows incur a 100% non-refundable charge.

Terms & Conditions

A 25% deposit is required to confirm the booking, with the remaining balance paid prior to or upon embarkation. Itinerary timings and sequence may be subject to minor changes due to navigation or operational circumstances by Etro Tours.
