Children Policy

First child from 0 to 5.99 years: Free of charge on the same meal plan. Second child from 6 to 11.99 years: 50% discount on the half-twin adult rate on the same meal plan. Children 12 years and above are charged as adults.

Cancellation Policy

From booking date until 61 days before arrival: Deduct 15% of the total accommodation price. Between 60 and 31 days before arrival: Deduct 25% of the total accommodation price. Between 30 and 15 days before arrival: Deduct 50% of the total accommodation price. Between 14 and 1 day before arrival: Deduct 100% of the total accommodation price. Note: For Christmas, New Year, and Easter arrivals, the initial 50% deposit is non-refundable.

Rates are quoted in USD on a net basis and exclude 14% VAT and taxes. Single supplement is 75%. In the event of any increase in government taxes or fuel prices, rates are subject to adjustment without prior notice.
