Pickup & Drop-off

Complimentary pickup from Luxor Airport, Train Station, or East Bank hotels. Please provide your arrival details at least 48 hours prior to embarkation.
Drop-off is arranged at Aswan Airport, Train Station, or East Bank hotels upon completion of the cruise.

Children Policy

Children aged 0-5 years stay free of charge when sharing a cabin with parents. Children aged 6-11 years receive a 50% discount on the adult rate. Children 12 years and older are charged at full adult rates.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to the departure date are fully refundable minus administrative fees. Cancellations within 14-29 days incur a 50% cancellation fee, and cancellations within 14 days of departure are non-refundable.

Terms & Conditions

A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your cabin, with the remaining balance due prior to departure as per Etro Tours policy. All itineraries are subject to change due to operational or river conditions while maintaining the highest standard of luxury and privacy.
