Free pick-up is available from Luxor or Aswan airports, railway stations, or your hotel by an Etro Tours representative holding a sign with your name.
Drop-off is provided to Luxor or Aswan airports, railway stations, or hotels at the end of the cruise itinerary.

Children Policy

- Infants under 6 years old stay free of charge sharing parents' cabin. - Children from 6 to 12 years old receive a 50% discount on the adult rate sharing parents' cabin. - Children 12 years and older are considered adults and charged the full rate.

Cancellation Policy

- Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to the embarkation date are fully refundable minus a small administrative fee. - Cancellations made between 15 and 29 days prior to arrival incur a 50% cancellation fee. - Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to arrival or no-shows are non-refundable.

- A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your cabin, with the remaining balance due prior to arrival or as specified in your booking confirmation. - Itinerary schedules and timing may be subject to slight modifications due to navigation conditions, lock schedules, or force majeure events beyond our control.
