Pickup & Drop-off

Free pickup is available from any location in Luxor. Our representative from Etro Tours will meet you holding a sign with your name.
Drop-off is available at any preferred location in Aswan at the end of the cruise trip.

Children Policy

0 - 2.99 years: Free of charge. 3 - 11.99 years: Pay 50% of tour price. 12+ years: Pay full tour price as per adult person.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to the scheduled arrival date are fully refundable minus administrative fees. Cancellations within 15-29 days incur a 50% charge, and cancellations within 14 days or less incur a 100% non-refundable charge.

A deposit is required to confirm your booking with Etro Tours. Final payment is due prior to embarkation as per booking confirmation terms. Valid passport copy is required upon reservation.
