Infants under 2 years old are free of charge. Children from 2 to 5.99 years old sharing their parents' cabin receive a significant discount, and children from 6 to 11.99 years old are charged a child rate as per Etro tours policy.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 14 days or more prior to the check-in date are fully refundable minus administrative fees. Cancellations within 7 to 13 days incur a 50 percent charge, and cancellations within 6 days or no-shows are non-refundable according to Etro tours terms.

Valid passport details are required upon booking. A deposit is required to confirm the reservation, with the remaining balance settled prior to embarkation. Etro tours reserves the right to modify itineraries slightly due to river traffic, lock schedules, or force majeure conditions.
