Pickup & Drop-off

Complimentary pickup & drop off from / to the Airport, The Train Station, or any hotel located on the East Bank (Luxor & Aswan). Note: Does not cover West Bank locations (Gharb Sohail and Elephantine Island).
Arranged on the East Bank of the City for guests staying on the West Bank.

Children Policy

Children aged 6 to 11 years sharing their parents' cabin receive a 50% discount on the package rate. Infants under 6 years old stay free of charge. Maximum one child per cabin sharing with adults.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to the departure date will receive a full refund minus administrative fees. Cancellations within 15 to 29 days incur a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations within 14 days of departure or no-shows are 100% non-refundable.

Terms & Conditions

A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation, with the remaining balance payable prior to or upon arrival. All passengers must present a valid passport at embarkation. Etro Tours reserves the right to alter itineraries slightly due to navigational or weather conditions.
