Children Policy

Infants under 4 years old are free of charge sharing parents' cabin. Children from 4 to 11.99 years old receive a 50% discount when sharing their parents' cabin. Maximum one child sharing double cabin.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to the departure date are fully refundable minus administrative fees. Cancellations between 15 and 29 days incur a 50% charge. Cancellations within 14 days of departure or no-shows are non-refundable according to Etro tours policy.

Terms & Conditions

Booking requires a 50% deposit to secure cabins aboard Storia the Dahabeya, with the remaining balance due prior to departure. Itinerary timings and sailing schedules are subject to change due to Nile traffic, lock regulations, or water levels, ensuring guest safety and satisfaction with Etro tours.
